I think that is what causes spinal stenosis. the bone closing in on the nerves in lower lumbar spine. I have that. very painful. Any doctors out there?

I've had carpal tunnel syndrome since my mid 20's and in 2021, I suffered the entire year with tendinitis in my shoulders. It started in one shoulder, then 6/7 months later, it moved to the other. CTS I could handle, but the pain from the tendinitis was pain I wouldn't wish on anyone.
