In 2017 Toronto was identified as the most ethnically diverse city in the world. Almost half the population of the city was born outside of Canada. I doubt the accuracy of this question.

It's is Toronto. Almost half the population wasn't born in Canada, over 200 ethnicities and 140 languages spoken.

I question the answer to this question. In Australia we have neighbourhood in Sydney and Melbourne that have very diverse groups of people living there. I suspect there are many other cities around the world likewise.
