I just made some hummus this morning! Split wholemeal khobz brushed with garlic olive oil, sprinkled with sea salt then baked until golden & crisp. So yummy with hummus and tzatziki dips.

lily 21, that is how you make it along with garbanzo beans, tahini and lemon juice. Trader Joe’s has a fantastic tahini.
