They do have a lot of calories, but that comes mostly fom the healthy fats they contain, not from sugars like most fruit. Smashed avocado on whole grain toast is a excellent fast breakfast.

Yes, it may be high in calories & fat, but they don’t have trans fats, the fat found in avocados are extremely good for one’s health.
