Mg is the chemical symbol for which element?

I take a powdered magnesium called "Calm" at night, in water. It helps me sleep and calms my anxiety. It's great stuff as most humans are very magnesium deficient.

Manganese is Mn I used to mix those up but since g comes before n and Magnesium's number on the periodic table comes before Manganese (25 I think?); I finally memorized it.
