What is a Flemish Giant?

I was a member of The American Rabbit Breeder's Association for over 15 years. The Flemish Giant as of the early 2000's had no weight limit. I've seen plenty over 30 lbs hopping around with dogs and cats about.

I loveeeee bunnies! Those rabbits are humongous! I raised New Zealand white , had a French satin dwarf & a New Zealand Red named Honey.

Wasn't the killer rabbit from "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" a Flemish Giant? nudge nudge wink wink...
