David Brewster made scientific history by inventing what?

Wonder, I was fascinated by mine as a child

Used to be one of the things you won at fairgrounds when I was a kid, along with Kewpie dolls and fluffy monkeys on an elastic string.

Passion for such things which we had is no more . Children of this generation may get bored in seconds and throw them behind .

I think today's kids are missing out on a lot of simple pleasures. They may have many great electronic devices, but there's just something about the toys from years ago.

I got one as a kid. I thought it was a really really amazing. kids today would not understand
