These are beautiful dogs and I have two of them. They "blow" their fur twice a year and it looks like clumps of it come out at a time. The only thing that I would say against them, is that you can't let them of the lead as they always want to run. They are very comical and I've never known such loving dogs.

ZyggyStardust, Someone like me, a person that reads a lot of things, things of various natures; which pays off for these trivia type games, apparently; if for no other use than just that.

I used to have one when I was a kid. only problem with them is you can't let them off a leash or they run away. we had a diner nearby and whenever she got out that's where she went. we would call them and ask 'is our dog there?'. they'd say 'yes. the cook is giving her hamburgers.' lol. it was nice to know exactly where she went so we could go get her.

Husky s are the best. they are very loyal and comical. They do love to run but. My girl always came home after a short time but I had to build a kennel run after she killed a neighbors hand raised ducks.

Mrs. A, and they can talk, understandable words, very opinionated and occasionally rude.

RedSeaDiver69, I suspect they need far more to do than we give them - hence the issue off the lead. But all I have seen and met have been intelligent loving and hilarious

Darn, took a guess & missed. Oh well, I'm still up by about 80% on my "guess" answers.

When I was growing up, the kid across the street had a husky named Farfee. When I asked the kid why he named his dog that, he said it was because the dog had "four feet." Farfee was a gentle soul. Whenever the bratty girl next door (me) wanted to side astride him like a horse, he would simply sit down and I would slide off.
