Nothing worse than broken down seaman

Lacy
The description of the movie isn't correct. Hepburn and her missionary brother live together in Africa. He isn't killed in the war, but he goes sort of crazy while working in Africa during WWI time and dies. Bogart, who brings supplies to them, agrees to take her down river. They do fall for each other while trying to evade the Germans.

Wrong! Bogart didn't offer her passage to Africa, she was ALREADY in Africa. He offered her escape because the Germans were taking over that part of Africa.

Maestra
Player#MaBe, that was WC Fields.

Player NormChop
Player #MinnieLuv, I agree, seems politics has worked it's way into everything. I'd like to keep it out of an otherwise very likeable game.

OptimisticFrog17914, 100 percent RIGHT. This writer is obviously not going to make it as a film critic
