Absolutely love Québec City! I first went in 1979 with my boyfriend and had my first caviar (can take it or leave it), and my first Fondue Chinois, which I love. I went back a few years ago with a friend and rented a small condo right in the old city. Was lucky to be able to go back again a year ago for a week. Love the architecture, food, culture, food, walking everywhere, food, local arts and crafts. Did I mention the food? 😁

this was a great rundown about Quebec, if we could have included some of the reasons behind name changes (e.g. as bastardisations of the originals bestowed by the native peoples) that would have been even cooler. Very interesting though, love this space
