What is the capital of Malta?
Correct answer: Valletta

Birthplace of my grandfather. His father's name was Michelangelo Sapiano. We're the brown skin Europeans 😉

named after the Grand Master of the Order of the Knights Hospitaler during the siege of Malta, Jean de la Valette. He died during the siege, where a vastly outnumbered handful of knights fought to defend the island from invading ottoman forces after the fall of Rhodes. The defenders had no help from anywhere else as the Christian church was too busy fighting within itself, despite the fact that Malta was the last Mediterranean outpost defending the mainland and controlling the sea

Lioneyes, I was born in Malta. Then was taken by ship with my family when I was 6 years to Australian. Have been living in Australia for over 50 years. Went back with my dad when I was 14 years with my dad to visit the relloes. Would like to go back but too expensive also it has changed too much. Would like to remember it the way it was.

CHI,
the Maltese language is made up of the languages, of their invaders. Hence why there are Arabic, French, Italian and English words in the Maltese Language. My family originated from L-Isla (Senglea) and my mother's maiden name, was Azzopardi.
