I’m not going to try to explain the phenomenon of a Brocken Specter. But I’d encourage you to look it up. I’ve seen the phenomenon twice. The first time I had no idea what I was seeing. The second time I knew as I researched it. I can certainly see how someone who saw it without knowing what it was would believe that they were seeing some kind of heavenly vision.
