I’ve seen on a current affairs program a few years back .. villagers in growing areas where it was once eaten as a daily dietary option, opt to grow it & sell it for profit then opting to eat lessor nutritious grains. Don’t know how true this is still I guess it’s always good to consider where produce comes from.
