Which Italian pasta has cylinder-shaped pieces?

Cannelloni is also a tube-shaped pasta, but is much bigger than penne and not cut on an angle. It is served stuffed with various fillings. So there are two correct answers to this question.

Any penne pasta I have seen are tubes. Hardly resemble feathers!
