In which country is the 'National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials' located?

I admit that I'm not always the brightest crayon in the box, but I'm confused. There is a national organization for Latinos, for African Americans, for Asians, for Indians, for LGBQT (probably others but they don't come to mind right now). But, if there were a national organization that identified as being for Caucasian heterosexuals it would be considered racist and discriminatory and actually probably wouldn't even be allowed.
