BETH, My hubby came from a large farm, and he said that he knew Lindy Chamberlain was telling the truth because that's how dingoes skin rabbits, leaving a neat ring of skin and fur behind.

They do bark but very rarely, they can be kept as a pet but need a very experienced handler as they will attack unfamiliar dogs and other pets. Don't know if Perfumella is being facetious, the only one's I've been near have had a lot of flies around as tends to happen when you get covered in kangaroo or sheep blood or fish guts (Fraser Island).
