In which country is Amharic an official language?

I meant most of the known world in terms of mediaeval history. And also, I found the explanation above didn’t really assist me in understanding the origin of the language ☺️

It’s quite simple, since most of the world have been used to measuring history by BC: Before Christ and AD: After Christ. However, only around 30% of the world are Christian. Therefore, CE: Common Era, and BCE: Before Common Era is much more understood, and inoffensive by humanity as a whole☺️
