Which animal is in the picture?

I never heard of this animal until now.

I never knew they were for real, thought just a character in a movie. love this game, learn so much!!!

I only knew this as I have had the question before but a different photo.

I also did not know this creature existed. Madagascar has a variety of unusual flora and fauna. I got the correct answer, by a process of elimination,as I knew it couldn't be any of the other animals named.

The narrow striped mongoose is what I chose. But since the Fossa is part of the Mongoose family don't I get some points?😆

one of my favorite places to study. so many different types of animals are found there and nowhere else in the world. beautiful, well adapted animal.
