mimi53,
Were you a schoolteacher in a former life? Let people express themselves without criticism, please?

Did you know, that the Australian blue eyed Bucca Beatle never sleeps, and can live up to 10 years . The beatle is only found in western Australia new Eighty mile beach . The Beatles were only discovered by chance by an entomologist while on holiday in 1974.

I love bugs, inverts of all kinds. I have 17 tarantulas, 4 praying mantis, 2 jumping spiders, a scorpion and a variety of isopods. I'm nearly 50 and have been fascinated with bugs from I was a very young child. Much to the horror of my mum usually, bless her she never got cross about it, though she's scared of most of them.

Never seen one before but it’s a stunning looking creature!

Sharon , You should Check Out this company "Nature's Good Guys". I bought a Bag of 1500 ladybugs to chase away flies and mosquitoes. It worked fantastic.
