I've ate Buffalo meat before. tastes like beef but with little fat which makes it a little dry.

my late husband has shot a buffalo for the hunt and the meat ...on a buffalo farm in Michigan ....we went in with other couples to split the meat ..the meat was delicious..but the hamburger has to have fat added or it's just to dry to eat.
