I just finished reading John Murray’s wonderful book of short stories, ‘A Few Short Notes on Tropical Butterflies.’ There is a story featuring the Queen Alexandra butterfly. A part of the story takes place in Papúa New Guinea. Murray is a physician who worked in distressed area around the world. His stories reflect his compassion. They are stories of the peoples of the world. He’s able to increase our understanding of the thought processes of peoples of other faiths and cultures. I’ve read a lot of books in my 70 years and I have to say, John Murray’s book of short stories is one of the better short story collections that I’ve read.

the queen alexandra's birdwing butterfly is the largest butterfly in the world.it can reach wingspans upto 30 cm(1feet).

I always thought it was monarch butterfly but since there was none in the choices, I decided to follow my gut and followed what choices has a royal sounding name, and I am correct, lol! 😂
