UnopposedYogi27101, the difference between America and a plutocracy is in the great US, you don’t need to be born wealthy to be wealthy. MANY Americans, including immigrant Americans, go through minimum wage in their teens to a high tax bracket in their 50’s. This is not a plutocracy.
