andi210461, read it again a little more carefully. in the example the title of the poem is Elizabeth. the first letter of each line spells out the word of Elizabeth ~ the first letter of the first line is E. the first letter of the second line is L. the first letter of the third line is I. the first letter of the fourth line is Z.
