aqualung, Brett was my TV favorite and I also love the old Rathbone/Nigel Bruce films. I think several of both are available on YouTube. IIRC, most of the Rathbone films were set in WWII, but with the blackouts the foggy London streets could have been from the original era. The same was true for the lonely moors and countryside.
