O neg is universal blood type, when giving mine they even took extra in a jar for use with cancer and maternity patients, and still no idwa what was so rich in my blood they could use it for those particular patients. sadly I can longer give

Well I am AB+, the Rarest Blood there is or maybe it is AB AB that is the Rarest. I am glad I havent had any Major Issues. it would be hard to find a donor of inless i got blood from my twin sis she is also AB+of course!!

Gerik0723, You can receive O neg and O positive blood because O negative blood does not contain the Rh Factor. BTW. AB positive blood is the universal recipient.
