MadMarcus1812, the question is "Which animals are known for their ability to kill venomous snakes?", not "Which animals are resistant to snake venom?" or "Which animals have the ability to kill venomous snakes?" I didn't know badgers are resistant to snake venom. I think badgers are native to northern Europe and the only venomous snake found there (and in the UK) is the common adder, which makes me wonder why or how they evolved with that mutation? The common adder, or viper, isn't very poisonous. Their bite is not fatal to humans, although it will result in a painful wound. They hunt small rodents and birds, so it doesn't need to be. Mongooses are actually famous for killing King Cobras, whereas Badgers aren't known for killing snakes, venomous or otherwise, so Mongoose is the only answer that fits.
