When did the French Revolution start and finish?

ricards1, I Learned all about it when I was a teenager and read all the Scarlet Pimpernel books. I still have the collection today, over sixty years on.

Studied this for A Level and found it so interesting

I knew this from A Tale of Two Cities set about 60 years in Dickens’s past.
