I am skeptical. Beer is not fortified or distilled. Yeast for strong wine (turbo yeast) cannot survive over 20%. Indeed, 16% is the norm. I accept that someone is selling this by the name of beer. But it is the same as the American boiler maker. Real beer with spirits added.
