Edward Sausage Finge, No, salad cream is a thinner sauce, sharper in flavour. It's delicious with hard boiled eggs and is less oily to eat. I enjoy both so why not try.

Here in the Netherlands mayonnaise is put on a big variety of things by many many people.

My grandmother made all of her mayonnaise in a quart jar with a plunger like a churn. It was always good. Wish I had her recipe.
