this is the worst tasting cheese ever!! is dry cork-like, the smell is bad but the taste is even worse!!! made out of sheep milk, it is a la par with goats cheese, except goat's is soft and moist and easier to digest....yes l am from Spain but yes l dislike this food with a passion, totally overrated!
