Love this mans comedies, but his contribution to "The Elephant Man" & his willingness to forego credit is truly inspirational to say the very least. Mel Brooks made some of the funniest films ever made, but if someone were to try & make those films today, in this day & age, they would never get off the ground. Everything is so "P.C." these days that no matter what someone says or does, somewhere, someone will be offended!

Anyone watch the History of the World Part II, yet? I think it was WAYYYY underrated, probably because there are just too many choices of viewing pleasures in the modern world. It came out this year & is absolutely hilarious with so many talents involved!!
