All mushrooms can be eaten at least once ;)

It's edibility is listed as 'unknown' or "inedible' with some saying it had a bitter taste but another saying it tasted sweet. So not highly poisonous, but not yummy or hallucinogenic.

Marty, that is why women can differentiate many more shades of red than men. We evolved the ability because women were responsible for food. The ability has remained even though the need no longer exists.
