Who sang the title track of the late 80s James Bond film "Licence to Kill"?

I love Gladys Night! She's so talented! I got to see her perform for her church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints). I was hoping to hear Midnight Train to Georgia, but she just sang gospel songs (which was still beautiful).
