Which of these species can rotate their heads nearly 180°?

I've answered this question - or one very much the same - at least once previously. Let me say once again that Mantis are one of very few insects (bugs) that I don't mind having around. I believe they eat other more "creepy" insects, and they look kinda neat as well.

There was an episode of Buffy that had a substitute teacher who was actually a giant praying mantis. In one scene she achieved this feat. Yeah, that's the extent of my research.
