nimblemoon, don't worry nobdy will know, I was helping my granson study for a test on oceans and continents, equator he did good i asked him what was the different between seas and oceans he did't know so he asked teacher she did not say it is something they don't teach in school.

KookyOrangutan5005, there has always been a North & South to those two oceans... this allows mariners and travelers to know which part of the globe is being described. If I told you that I had been to San Marcos Island in the Pacific, would you know where to start looking...on a map and without Google?
