Slavery is still happening in the 21st century. Young people (male and female) are forced into prostitution by gangsters who have promised them a better life. They are also forced to work in places like nail bars and car washes. If you have any concerns that someone is being kept as a slave then please contact the authorities. Slavery may have had its place hundreds of years ago, but it does not belong in the world today.
