Have one on my left eye. Annoying when trying to start the morning.

If you have a dog that has excessive tears this may be the cause. My Shih Tzu has this in both eyes. For dogs it can cause problems, to incule loss of vision, if not addressed. I had the surgeon remove them, and the tearing has stopped, but it's expensive.

I have this and my doctor manually remove the extra lashes.

Had a few remove ,however they help growing back,very annoying.
