Laudy Miss Claudy, love this idea pity they didn’t adopt this tradition in my country lol it would be a good idea in summer at the very least. It’s actually a smart idea as heat stroke can be fatal. I don’t know how people of yesteryear dealt with all the clothing they had to wear especially with all the undergarment layers & the woollens.

Some families, in Afghanistan, including mine almost forced their children to to nap in the middle of day. Mostly in the summers due to the striking sun heat.
