Which city, known as the city that touches the sky, is the highest capital city in world?

La Paz is now on my bucket list

Ray Cress, it's quite a Metropolis to visit. I was there a few years back and enjoyed it very much. The people are really friendly.

Looks bare and grey. I like green forests and fields.

Ray C, I lived and worked in La Paz. It was bare and grey and considered a hardship post. Perhaps appealing to some though who enjoy the Quechua culture, being 13,000 feet in the Andes, and seeing Machu Pichu and Lake Titicacu.

Such a high elevation, it may be a problem if you have high blood pressure or asthma.

I lived in Bolivia many years and I never liked La Paz 😂😂
