Johnny , An IQ test can actually be taken and completed by anyone. A high IQ level only indicates how fast ones brain can process information.

IQ scores are meaningless. Test a person one day and they might score highly. The next they might score lower.
Perhaps they've come down with a cold or didn't sleep well. The results are no predictor of a person's ability or talents.
