In "Superman" what was the original name of "The Daily Planet"?

Whatever the fictional building was based on, the question says "In Superman, what was the original name of the Daily Planet?" The answer even according to the explanation IS "the Daily Planet"

So there was never a reference to it being called the Daily Star, but there was once a newspaper called the Star so it must be that? How do you know it couldn’t it have been based on my long-beloved Boston Globe? 🙄
