constantgamer0421, Have great sympathy for you. Husband did this also while doing stretching exercises in his classroom with his students during a long day of state mandated tests. Then continued with the day. the meniscus became thoroughly entangled and created an especially arduous surgery. Now, as an older fella he is not a happy camper.

had surgery for torn meniscus 30 years ago
and that knee still gives me so much pain. Not fun for old lady of 84!!!
