I was 8 years old when this was a hit song and I enjoyed watching the boogie dance when it wad played.

This makes me officially OLD ! I had the 45 record.

One little “L” made all the difference in my never connecting or caring WHY did Bill Haley named his band The Comets. There were so many rock ‘n roll groups in the 50’s. Why the Fleetwoods, for example? Years, but I mean beaucoup years, later, I connected it to Halley’s Comet, simply because it had 2 L’s. I’m kinda slow.

When Happy Days changed theme songs, it was the beginning of down hill all the way to the ramp and over the shark!
