this is one of the most popular and ancient foods in Persia (current Iran) there it is called "chellow kebab" or "kebab koubideh" and they consume it with onions , sanqak bread or lavash bread or taftoun bread or barbai bread , with sour lemon and vegetables and sumaq and rice. and mostly for drink they will have either coke or pepsi or milk dough. it is VERY delicious and heavy food
