GiGi07, For the most part Switzerland historically has remained a neutral country. It has always been to their advantage and maximum prosperity. So, if they are a buffer country, I would not rely on them too heavily. Look at there actions, during WWII. They did not buffer, they profited off the tragedy of millions. Since then, I've read nothing to show they have changed.
