What color is the French wine Beaujolais?

Deborah , you should take white wine out of the fridge and put red wine in 15 minutes before you serve them. Reds should be slightly chilled, and whites should be chilled, but not cold.

I worked at a restaurant named Le Beaujolais in Torrance, CA. back in 1982. The food was outstanding.

I prefer light sweet wines and my husband prefers bourbon ☺️
