"Tulle" is one of those things I've never heard of, or thought about; but somehow knew what it is & what it's used for. I can only credit instinct, or some long forgotten memory. Sometimes it really IS better to be lucky than smart.

I know about tulle because my daughter and great niece were ballet students and had numerous tulle tutus.
My daughter no longer dances, but my great niece is a dance teacher.
