This answer is completely wrong. The bar in the picture is an Olympic bar, not a barbell. A barbell is not 44 lbs., as that is the weight of an Olympic bar. Barbells start at a weight range of 20 lbs. or so, and are never used for the weightlifting exercises listed, with the exception of bicep curls. This should be changed!
