Which of these is used in many religions to mark the repetitions of prayers, chants or devotions?

No matter the faith one has one must walk the talk - live the life of the word. For me I try to distance myself from judging how others believe, I think a good moral compass & good ethical standards speak volumes & if we as human beings truly practiced a common decency towards each other the world might be a better place for all.

I have a rosary which consists of raised hemispherical "beads" on a credit sized card.
