When was the movie "Jack Reacher" released?

I have the collection of Lee Child's novel who main character is Jack Reacher, however Tom Cruise does not embody the true character, Reacher is 6'5 and 250lbs. Read One Shot, Nothing to Lose, Killing Floor, or Gone Tommorow to name a few.

love the books. Will NEVER watch the movie. Tom cruise was the worst choice ever to play the part of Reacher. Hollywood ruined another good story
